CODE OF CONDUCT

This Code of Conduct serves as a guiding framework to cultivate a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for all athletes. By upholding these standards, we commit to living our values and fostering a culture of respect, integrity, and sportsmanship. Through this commitment, we ensure a rewarding and meaningful experience for everyone involved.

  • Always demonstrate good sportsmanship, respect, and fair play.

  • Any form of verbal or physical abuse towards officials, teammates, or opponents will not be tolerated. Such acts will result in immediate dismissal from the program.

Athletes

  • Encourage your child’s effort and growth rather than focusing solely on winning or losing.

  • Do not ridicule or criticize a child for making mistakes or losing. Instead, provide positive support and encouragement.

  • Refrain from arguing with or yelling at officials. If you have concerns, speak with the coach, who may address them with the Head Referee after the competition.

  • To maintain a clear chain of communication, allow the team coach to handle all coaching responsibilities during the game. Address any coaching concerns respectfully after the day concludes.

  • Show appreciation for coaches, referees, and administrators. They enable the opportunities for our athletes.

Parents

  • Prioritize sportsmanship, teamwork, and skill development over winning.

  • Demonstrate control, professionalism, and respect for all involved in the sport, including players, officials, opponents, administrators, parents, and spectators. Encourage your players to do the same.

  • Maintain respectful communication with officials. If a disagreement arises, address it respectfully with the Head Referee after the competition.

  • Teach and uphold the rules and the spirit of the game, ensuring players do the same.

  • Foster a positive and supportive team environment where all players feel valued and encouraged.
